A MAN has been banned from the roads after he was caught drug-driving in Hereford.
Raymond White entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 38-year-old had been caught in Hereford's Station Approach while over the drug-drive limit on September 27.
An evidential blood test revealed he had 4.4 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
White, of Kerswell Green, Kempsey, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £295. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
