- ROLLING MATCH REPORT
- The Bulls should have taken a 16th minute lead when a full back trialist found his winger counterpart who was unmarked, but skied his effort.
- The same trialist who missed the first chance was on the score sheet on 28 minutes.
- His fellow trialist turned his defender before threading a ball through to his team-mate to slide the ball home.
- Referee Steve Oakley then had two big decisions to make.
- Firstly on 35 minutes he pointed to the penalty spot as Camden Bamford went down inside the box under the pressure of a trialist and the referee pointed to the spot.
- The trialist goalkeeper tipped the initial penalty on to the bar but Bamford was on hand to slide home the rebound.
- The Bulls trialist who scored the opener felt he deserved a penalty moments later, but Oakley judged that the foul was outside the box.
- The Bulls made nine changes at the break with more signed players featuring after the break.
- However, it was a trialist who forced goalkeeper Nick Jones into a fine save down low.
- The Bulls were dominating the second half and goalkeeper Jones had a moment to forget on 64 minutes heading a long ball straight to Maziar Kouyar who slotted into an empty net.
- The Bulls were ahead just three minutes when a lapse in concentration saw a whipped ball into the box find Camden Duncan who fired home in space.
- Jack Freeman could have put the Bulls ahead beating the off-side trap before seeing his effort blocked by Jarred Hodgkiss.
- Duncan was almost handed a second goal with 10 minutes remaining after he caught Hall on the ball. The goalkeeper cleared to the boot of Bamford before saving his effort.
- Hereford full-back Mitch Hancox had the chance to score the winner two minutes from time, but blazed over from inside the box.
