PARKRUN events return to Herefordshire tomorrow (Saturday) in Hereford and Ross-on-Wye for the first time in 16 months.
The weekly Parkrun events have been cancelled since the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in March 2020.
However, they are re-starting again tomorrow.
Anybody take place in the five-kilometre run, jog or walk which are free to take part in.

Hereford
The Hereford event takes place at Hereford Racecourse at Hereford Leisure Centre, Holmer Road every Saturday at 9am.
The course is two laps (anticlockwise) of the racecourse. It is mostly flat and a well established trail.
The average number of finishers each week is 158.5.
Ross-on-Wye
The Ross-on-Wye event take place every Saturday at Ross-on-Wye Sports Centre in Wilton Road.
The course is mainly grass, flat and consists of a small and large lap around the perimeter of the sports fields taking in a stretch adjacent to the River Wye. The start and finish are located within a short walk from Wilton car park.
The average number of finishers each week is 155.8.
