A CAR has been seized after its driver was caught behind the wheel without a licence.
Officers from Hereford's Rural North safer neighbourhood team said the car had been taken off the roads after it was seen driving in Marden's Orchard Green.
The seizure came as the driver was found to hold only an expired provisional licence.
