A DRINK-DRIVER was more than three times the alcohol limit when he got behind the wheel of his 4x4 in Herefordshire.
Kenneth Richard Graves-Porter admitted drink-driving and was found guilty of failing to stop after a crash when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on June 17.
The court heard Graves-Porter had been behind the wheel of his Land Rover Discovery while over the alcohol limit in Leominster's West Street on February 8.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 136 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
The 56-year-old was found guilty of failing to stop after hitting and damaging a Dacia Duster in Burgess Street on the same date.
Graves-Porter, of Stockenhill Road, Leominster, was handed an interim driving ban while the case was adjourned to June 30 to allow probation to carry out a pre-sentence report.
