A HOUSE which has views of the river Wye and possibly its own fishing rights has hit the market.
The three-bed detached house near Ross-on-Wye has "meticulously" maintained gardens, according to agents Richard Butler which are selling the home for £425,000.
The Zoopla listing says it's a picturesque three-bedroom detached country cottage, situated in an idyllic elevated rural location with "breathtaking" views over the nearby river Wye and "stunning" rolling south Herefordshire countryside on the fringes of the sought after village of Hoarwithy.
The ground floor is made up of a living room with a woodburner and exposed beams, dining room with views over the Wye, kitchen with range cooker, utility area and cloakroom.
On the first floor off the landing with Velux windows are the three bedrooms and a bathroom.
There is also a store room access from outside, with a narrow concrete drive leading to a covered car port.
There are fruit trees in the garden, the lsiting says, and generally the gardens are sloping and predominantly situated to the southerly and westerly side of the property.
The agents added they understand the property could have fishing rights, but they had been unable to confirm this.
