A CRASH driver has been banned from the roads after overturning his car on a Herefordshire road.
Morgan Jay Roger Embling admitted driving without insurance, driving without due care and attention, failing to stop, and failing to report a crash to police when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester.
The 19-year-old had been driving his Ford Fiesta on the C1277 at Pontshill near Ross-on-Wye when he crashed on October 17.

The court heard Embling had either misjudged a bend in the road or attempted to take it too fast, driving up a bank and overturning his car.
Embling suffered a swollen ankle and cuts to his legs and arms, while one of his passengers received lacerations to his hand and head and the second sustained injuries to his leg.
The crash also caused damage to 30 metres of agricultural fencing.
Embling, of Millers Way, Cinderford, was disqualified from driving for nine months and fined £320. He must also pay costs of £110 and a £34 victim surcharge.
