A DRIVER has been banned from the roads after failing to provide a breath sample to police.
Terence Ivor Bozward entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on April 29 after previously pleading not guilty.
The court heard the 71-year-old had failed to provide a requested breath sample to police when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Much Marcle on December 12, 2019.
Bozward, of Glebe Orchard, Much Marcle, was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £200. He must also pay costs of £500 and a £32 victim surcharge.
