It was the bank holiday weekend we'd all been looking forward too.
There was the hope of some nice spring weather, and the easing of lockdown restrictions allowing pubs and cafes to open for outdoor drinkers and diners.
But in the event it was a wash-out.

Heavy rain, and winds so strong that the Met Office issued a warning, ruined the fun for many of us.
But there was a silver lining. Toward the end of the afternoon the sun broke through the clouds for a short while, and the sky was adorned with a beautiful rainbow.
