A TRACTOR driver has been hit with a fine after he was spotted using a phone while at the wheel.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said the tractor driver was seen using his mobile while pulling a trailer on the A4103 between Hereford and Worcester today (April 20).
"Despite his apologies he was reported for the offence and advised about other vehicle defects. Six points and fine await," police said.
