A TOWN council in Herefordshire is aiming to support local cafes as the coronavirus lockdown eases in England.
Ledbury Town Council is providing the seats for a pop up area under the iconic black and white Market House in High Street.
A spokesperson for the council said: "We are excited to announce that the table and chairs for our pop up seating area have arrived.
"You can now enjoy takeaway food and drink from the fantastic coffee shops and cafes that Ledbury has to offer, and sit under the Market House with friends and family while socially distancing.
"The seating area will be under the Market House every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9.30am to 3pm.
"Keep an eye out for Beth our Tour Guide Manager, who will be under the Market House with information boards on the history of the Market House and other historic buildings in Ledbury."
Coronavirus lockdown restrictions were eased in England on Monday, allowing pubs, restaurants, non-essential shops, gyms and swimming pools to reopen.
