NON-ESSNTIAL retail opened in Hereford alongside pubs and beauty services in Herefordshire this morning.
It has been the first time the businesses have been allowed to open since January.
Despite customers waiting three months to return to shops there was only a small queue of shoppers at TK Max in Hereford at 8am.
At the same time Hereford was quiet and there was no queue outside Primark.
This was in comparison to long queues seen as shoppers returned following the first lockdown in June.
