A CONSULTATION is under way over the proposed closure of a Hereford shop.
Oak Furnitureland, positioned off Holmer Road, told the staff about the consultation yesterday.
The sofa and furniture store has been temporarily closed due to Government guidelines but can re-open along with other non-essential shops from Monday.
An Oak Furnitureland spokesperson comments: "Yesterday our Hereford team were made aware that the business is commencing a consultation period regarding the proposed closure of the Hereford showroom.
"During this time we will continue to explore all viable options available for the showroom."
