TRAINS between Hereford and Worcester are being cancelled or delayed after an incident near Malvern Link.
West Midlands Railway, which runs services from Hereford to Birmingham, via Ledbury and Colwall, said all lines are blocked as emergency services deal with an incident.
Trains between Droitwich Spa and Hereford will face disruption until 4pm, the company said.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said the air ambulance was sent to the scene.
"We were called to an incident near to Malvern Link railway station at 1.42pm," a spokesperson said.
"We sent one ambulance, a paramedic officer, the Midlands Air Ambulance critical care car and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham.
"On arrival we discovered one patient, a woman, who was treated for serious injuries and taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital by land ambulance."
West Midlands Railway said tickets would be accepted on Transport for Wales trains between Hereford, Shrewsbury and Birmingham.
The 3.18pm service to London Paddington and the 3.39pm train to Birmingham New Street have both been cancelled.
