DRUGS have been seized in a town on the Herefordshire border after a series of raids were carried out by police.
Dyfed-Powys Police's Radnorshire team said they had carried out three drugs raids on Thursday night (March 25), while working with other policing units, including armed officers.
The raids happened in Presteigne, a town on Herefordshire-Powys border, north of Kington.
A spokesperson said: "Three positive drugs warrants executed simultaneously in Presteigne last night (Thursday) with reassurance patrols carried out with residents."
They said it was a "fantastic result with drugs being taken off our streets" and a great team effort from the neighbourhood policing team, response officers, armed response vehicles, the roads policing unit and the dog unit.
