The 'Mud on Road' sign in Kings Pyon has become permanent I notice.
Isn't it time that the authorities realized that the farm use of the roads is a massive contributory factor towards the silting of the ditches and further water courses?
The constant displaced mud by agricultural machines washes away with rain into the ditches which are constantly filling with mud causing flooding at best and or washing "the fields" into the rivers time and time again.
That farm tracks have disappeared in favour of public roads being constantly used for agricultural purposes is a serious mistake.
