A DRUG-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught driving while over the limit in a Herefordshire town.
Steven Harry George Biddle entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Biddle had been caught behind the wheel of a Suzuki 4x4 in Barons Cross, Leominster, on July 5.
A blood test revealed he had 76 microgrammes of cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine and 12 microgrammes of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The respective legal limits are 50 and two.
Biddle, who is currently serving a five-year sentence at HMP Hewell, was discharged absolutely as he is a serving prisoner. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
