A MAN has been ordered to pay compensation after deliberately breaking another person's possessions.

Colin Peter Murphy entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 45-year-old had intentionally damaged an internal door and an LG television belonging to another person in Hereford on December 19.

Murphy, of Launceston Place, Worcester, was made subject to a 12-month restraining order and fined £40. He must also pay costs of £135, compensation of £120, and a £34 victim surcharge
