Having lived for two years in Bromyard before moving to Leominster I am disturbed by your information concerning the Church and Rev Clive Evans.
My wife and I found him and his teaching excellent, and to be suspended on innuendo is disgraceful.

Having grown through management to be a managing director this would not be acceptable in industry.
Having at one time been an advisor to the Premier of New South Wales, and sat on the Bench as the equivalent of a magistrate it would never have been acceptable then.
I would recommend that the vicar be fully reinstated immediately and a discussion committee be created to air any problems any church member may have.
The Anglican Church is fully organised for such matters.
