A TEENAGER was caught driving after taking a class A drug, a court has heard.
Finlay Goddard admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on February 4.
The court heard Goddard had been caught behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Golf in Union Street, Hereford, on September 16.
An evidential blood test revealed the 18-year-old had 75 microgrammes of MDMA per litre of blood. The legal limit is 10.
Goddard, of Peregrine Close, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
