Government advice states quite clearly: “The Rule that you can only meet people from your extended household applies also to your Garden”.

Footpath LZ10A runs through my garden and I have people wandering through (mostly in ones or twos but the largest number was eight). We cannot avoid them as they also pass by our car parking area by our front door. I have only ever seen one (very pleasant and local) person wearing a face mask whilst talking to me by my car.

Personally I think it is daft but it is now ‘The Law’ and I do not want to face a fine for allowing it to be breached.

May we be allowed to close footpath LZ10A for “the duration”?
