Having lived in the city for 40 years I had noticed over the first lockdown period how clean the air was and attribute that to the amount of traffic travelling along the Ross Road.
It is therefore unforgivable that the councillors authorised and used a substantial amount of our budget to conduct a bypass review which has held up the start of the much needed project.
Should their actions result in government funding being withdrawn they will have failed the vast majority of folk living within the city limits.
