A MAN caught drug-driving near Hereford's football stadium has been banned from the roads.
Karl John Brown admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on December 2.
The court heard Brown had been driving a black Seat Leon in Hereford's Edgar Street when he was caught by police on June 27.
An evidential blood test revealed the 36-year-old had more than seven microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Brown, of Sufton Rise, Mordiford, was disqualified from driving for three years, fined £120 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge. No costs order was made due to a lack of means.
