A MAN from Hereford has been charged with rape, threats to kill and robbery following an alleged attack in the St James area of the city on Thursday afternoon.
The incident is believed to have happened at around 2pm on in the St James’ Road area of Hereford.

Yesterday police cordons were in place around the crime scene.

Andrew Cooke-Edwards, aged 32, of Aylestone Hill, Hereford, was arrested on Thursday afternoon.
He was charged with rape, sexual assault, threats to kill and robbery earlier this morning (Saturday, November 21) and has been remanded to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today.
