THE number of coronavirus deaths reported at hospitals in Herefordshire has risen by three, the latest NHS England figures show.
The new deaths recorded at Wye Valley NHS Trust today (November 11) take the total number of hospital deaths in the county to 69. Yesterday there were 66.
The newly reported deaths at the trust occurred on November 6, 8 and 9.
The victims were among a total of 361 new deaths that were announced at hospitals in England today.
Of those, 29 occurred in the east of England, 27 in London, 68 in the midlands, 80 in the north east and Yorkshire, 118 in the north west, 25 in the south east, and 14 in the south west.

Daily death counts are revised each day, with each case backdated to the actual date of death.
This means some of the deaths that were first recorded in the latest period may actually have taken place days earlier.
NHS England guidance states: "Confirmation of Covid-19 diagnosis, death notification and reporting in central figures can take up to several days and the hospitals providing the data are under significant operational pressure."
Only deaths that occur in hospitals where the patient has tested positive for Covid-19 are recorded, with deaths in the community excluded, such as those in care homes.
