A MAN was caught carrying an air rifle and class B drugs in a Herefordshire town. a court has heard.
John Alexander Wall entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on October 21.
Magistrates heard Wall had been carrying an unloaded air rifle without lawful authority or reasonable excuse in Merwald Close, Leominster, on September 15.

The 41-year-old was also carrying a quantity of cannabis on the same date.
Wall, of Merwald Close, was handed a 12-month community order and 60 hours of unpaid work, and the cannabis and two air rifles were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
He was ordered to pay costs of £185 and a £95 victim surcharge.
