A familiar sight in Hereford as traffic backed up to Mayberry Avenue on Ross Road, Hereford due to temporary traffic lights near the Broadleys pub last year.
I absolutely agree with Garry Cullen.
Anyone who uses Hereford roads as part of their livelihood knows this issue is a “no brainer”.
Why on earth it has taken 30-40 years to get nowhere is beyond me.
It only takes one small incident on the A49 and the whole city grinds to a halt.
Hereford and gridlock go hand in hand.
Stressed emergency ambulance drivers have to deal with this farce regularly.
Will it take a death before something is done?
