A PETROL station in Bromyard has been given permission to sell alcohol.
TG Convenience Stores Limited applied for a premises licence to Herefordshire Council for the service station on the bypass.
The council’s licensing sub-committee meeting was informed that officers approved the plans subject to an extra condition being imposed on the garage.
This will mean people will be able to by alcoholic drinks at Bromyard Service Station from 6am to 11pm seven days a week for consumption off the premises.

Legal officer Alice McAlpine informed the licensing sub-committee on October 27 which was expected to consider the plans that they had been approved.
“Following discussions with the licensing authority an additional condition has been agreed for the licence.
“The licence was granted under delegated powers.”
