A DRIVER caused a crash on a main road after failing to give way, a court has heard.
Krystian Kowalski was found guilty of driving without due care and attention in his absence by magistrates in Worcester on October 19.
The court heard Kowalski, of Maythorn Drive, Cheltenham, had been driving a Fiat Panda on the B4224 near Ross-on-Wye on October 13 last year.
But he failed to give way to priority traffic as he reached the road's junction with the A449, causing a crash with another car.
The 33-year-old was fined £150 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £110 and a £32 victim surcharge.
