THE HEALTH and Safety Executive is investigating after a man was killed in a crash in Herefordshire yesterday (September 28).
Officers were called to the scene near Westons Cider, at Much Marcle, at around 10.45am.
A police spokesperson said a blue Peugeot van had collided with a barrier at a business on How Caple in Much Marcle, Ledbury.
The driver of the van, a 65-year-old man from Ledbury, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

The Health and Safety Executive have been informed and a joint investigation has been launched.
A road closure was in place until around 4.45pm whilst the emergency services worked at the scene.
