ENGLAND women’s soccer star Mille Bright is the latest celebrity to join the list who will be appearing at the Hereford Times Health and Social Care Awards ceremony next month.
The 27-year-old Chelsea defender was making the sports headlines just a few week’s ago with a thunderbolt strike to score one of Chelsea’s goals in a 2-0 win against Manchester City in the Community Shield at Wembley Stadium.
The awards ceremony on October 22, which will be broadcast live online for the public to follow, includes a host of celebrities supporting our local health and social care staff.
Hosted by Good Morning Britain’s Dr Hilary Jones, it has a star-studded line-up of celebrity medics, TV stars and sports legends.
Millie is the latest to throw her support behind the awards, which recognize the dedication and hard work of our local care heries.
Born in Derbyshire, she has had a glittering career as a defender in the Women’s Soccer League, in Europe in the EUFA Women’s Champions League, and for her country at many age levels.
She starred during England’s progression to the semi finals of the 2019 World Cup.
Details of how to watch the star-studded awards ceremony live will be released soon.
