We have put together a list five of the cheapest building plots with planning permission for sale in Herefordshire.

Hereford Times:

Leys Lane, Bircher

On the market with Cobb Amos, this building plot with outline planning permission for a detached house is located in the heart of the village of Bircher, near Leominster.

With far reaching rural views, the vendors are looking for offers in the region of £90,000 for the plot.

The plot has the benefit of the full three-year build allowance with the latest permission having been granted on November 22 2018. The outline permission granted is for a detached house.
