THE number of people to have died in Herefordshire after catching coronavirus has risen by one, figures show.
The data from the Office for National Statistics, released on Tuesday, shows 127 people have died in the county where Covid-19 was mentioned anywhere on the death certificate.
The rise of one comes after one more death was registered in a care home in the week to August 28, but registered up to September 5.
It means 63 people have died in care homes, four in homes, three in hospices and 58 in hospital.
The one new death happened in week 34 of 2020, with the most recent death before then in week 30.
