A HEREFORD care company has its sights set on expansion, with more than 100 new jobs set to be created following an office move.

SureCare Hereford has taken on two office suites at Stirling House in Centenary Park, a new development within Rotherwas' Skylon Park.

The company plans to use the 725 square feet of office space to provide essential training to staff and a wide range of support services to clients in the Hereford area.

SureCare has recently begun to expand its Hereford branch following success working with local authority and private clients, a company spokesperson said, and expects to create around 100 new jobs in the area in the next two years in care and support work.

Naz Sen of SureCare Head Office, said: “Stirling House is the perfect location for us to run our Hereford offices from. It is close enough to the centre of Hereford and has enough space for our business to comfortably expand.

“We have long been in the Herefordshire area and are now investing to further extend our services. We work very closely with the council to provide care as well as working with private clients.”

Stirling House in Centenary Park has been developed by Yorkshire-based commercial property developers Priority Space in partnership with Herefordshire County Council and The Hunt Group commercial building contractors

Director of Priority Space Adam Richardson said: “It’s great to welcome a new tenant to Stirling House, especially one which is providing such a vital community service to support local people and families. At Priority Space we’re all about providing space for businesses to grow and benefit their local area.

“SureCare join the Hereford Times and US surgical equipment manufacturer LeMaitre Vascular at Stirling House and we look forward to welcoming other new tenants to the remaining offices in the near future.”

Andrew Manning Cox, Chairman of Skylon Park, Hereford Enterprise Zone, said: “The Hereford Enterprise Zone was developed as a catalyst for investment and job creation so we are delighted to welcome SureCare to our diverse business community as it expands in the county.”
