Today marks 75 years since VJ Day - the day World War Two ended with Japan's surrender.
A service of remembrance took place in Newtown to remember and recognise all those who served and sacrificed in the Far East and ultimately brought an end to the Second World War.
Those in attendance including the Craig Williams, MP for Montgomeryshire, and MS Russell George.
Saturday 15th August 2020 marks the 75th Anniversary of Victory over Japan and the final end of the Second World War.
