Police 'red dotted' a man with a Taser after a tractor was stolen in south Powys.
Brecon Roads Policing Unit said the theft happened in the Hay-on-Wye area on Tuesday morning (August 11).
Officers stopped the vehicle and the driver was "red dotted" - when police use a laser to mark the suspect with a red dot.
"Great work," police in Herefordshire said. "We were en-route to assist. Stood down minutes before as you had it in hand."
One man has been arrested and in police custody.
