A butcher's in Knighton has created the UK's biggest sausage roll.
AJ Pugh Butchers believe its 19 inch roll is the biggest ever made in the country - with the previous record standing at 18 inches.
"We wanted to see how big we could go," said one of the butchers, Peter Smith, who spent just half an hour making the roll.
It weighs a massive 1kg and costs £15 to buy.
He said he wanted to do something different to lighten people's spirits during this difficult time.
"We want to keep people interested and offer something different, that's what it's all about, knowing people will go 'wow, look at the size of that!'," Peter said.
This 19 inch roll isn't just a one-off to break records either. AJ Pugh, which also has a shop in Bishop's Castle, will continue to make the rolls as long as people want them.
"We're getting orders in already so we'll carry on making them and they don't take me long to make," Peter said.
He likes to be creative and has even won awards for his craft at the WorldSkills competition. Some other of Peter's unique creations include meat disguised as Christmas puddings and even cushions. All, he hopes, will keep customers coming back for more.
