Missing man James Telford
Police are searching for a missing 77-year-old man, who was last seen at his home in Bradford yesterday at 5pm.
James Telford is described as a white male, 5ft 7in tall, with slim build and white hair. He may be wearing jeans and a coat.
West Yorkshire Police said in a Facebook appeal: "James has dementia and often forgets how to get home. We are very concerned."
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting reference 1413 17/2.
