Heavy rain continues to fall across the region
A WEATHER warning for this weekend has been upgraded to Amber.
Storm Dennis is expected to hit Bolton and the rest of the North West on Saturday.
The latest forecast by The Met Office has upgraded the warning from yellow to amber.
It is warning that the storm is likely to "bring very heavy rain, flooding and disruption to travel over the weekend".
Forecasters have also warned "fast flowing or deep floodwater is likely, causing danger to life".
The amber warning for rain is in place from 3pm on Saturday until 3pm on Sunday.
