A BROKEN down tractor blocked a main road on the Herefordshire/Shropshire border this morning.
Rush hour delays were expected for commuters in the north of the county after police said the A456 wasblocked at its junction with the A49 at Woofferton.
Motorists were asked to find another route while the tractor was recovered.
The road has since reopened.
