Sarah Louise Cotterell, 41, of Macaulay Avenue, Whitecross, admitting stealing a staff tips box from The Courtyard theatre on June 17 and aftershave worth £70 from Tesco on June 27, and fraudulently using a bank card belonging to another person on May 11.

Cotterell also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Hereford Magistrates Court while on police bail on July 24, breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend on November 15.

Cotterell was jailed for a total of four months, suspended for 12 months. She must also pay compensation of £50, and a £122 victim surcharge,

Jason Nigel Cutter, 39, of Pleasant Row, Clehonger, admitted failing to provide a blood specimen when suspected of having driven a vehicle on December 14.

He also pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis on the same date.

Cutter was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined a total of £666. He must also pay costs of £185 and a £40 victim surcharge.

Ross Ivor Drinkwater, 41, of Tennyson Close, Hereford, was banned from the roads after he was caught drug-driving in Vicarage Road on August 9.

The court heard Drinkwater had 11 microgrammes of Delta-9-Hydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is 2.

Drinkwater was disqualified for 12 months, fined £40, and must pay a £32 victim surcharge.

Hope Fergus, 21, of Middlemarsh, Leominster, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words and behaviour with intent to cause harassment to another person on December 21.

Fergus was handed a nine month conditional discharge and must pay a £21 victim surcharge.

Craig Lovell Foster, 43, of Rothesay Mead, Hereford, admitted stealing razors worth £111 from Boots in Hereford on May 11.

He also admitted stealing toothpaste and mouthwash worth £8.50 from Boots on July 12 and batteries worth £55 from B&Q on August 22.

Foster was fined £50 and must pay £111 compensation to Boots and £55 to B&Q. He must also pay costs of £50 and a £32 victim surcharge.

Sarah Furnival, 37, of Wigmore Street, Leominster, admitted stealing uncooked meat products worth £60 from Aldi supermarket on November 7.

Furnival also admitted breaching a conditional discharge imposed on March 2.

She was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge. She will continue to be subject to the order imposed in March.

Steven James Griffiths, 38, of Quarry Road, Hereford, was banned from the road after he admitted drink-driving on Quarry Road on October 18.

A test revealed Griffiths had 208 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80.

Griffiths was fined £242 and disqualified from driving for 24 months. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £32 victim surcharge.

Jack Donald William Haines, 23, of Sheridan Road, Hereford, admitted assaulting a police officer and possessing cocaine on December 12.

Haines was fined £226 and ordered to pay compensation of £50. He must also pay £185 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.

Tomasz Romanko, 39, of Ridgemoor Road, Leominster, admitted stealing fragrances worth £237 from Debenhams on December 18.

He also admitted possessing amphetamines and stealing electric toothbrushes, a rucksack, rechargeable batteries and a charger, and pliers on the same day.

Romanko was handed a 12 month community order and 60 hours unpaid work. He must pay costs of £185 and a £90 victim surcharge.

Daniel Wilden, 20, of Khartoum Road, Gillingham, admitted drink-driving after he was caught driving while more than two times over the limit on Goodrich Grove, Hereford, on December 17.

A breath test revealed Wilden had 76 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Wilden was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £120. He must pay costs of £135 and a £32 victim surcharge.

Kevin Worth, 51, of Scudamore Street, Hereford, was banned from the roads after he admitted drink-driving on Newmarket Street in Hereford on December 20.

Worth was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £32 victim surcharge.

Joshua Luke Leese, 27, of Aconbury Way, Kington, admitted driving without due care and attention and without a licence on March 28.

The court heard Leese had crashed into another car after driving into a junction on the A44 in Lyonshall without looking.

Leese was fined a total of £460 and ordered to pay costs of £60 and a £30 victim surcharge.

Callum Jack Barlow, 23, of Old Market close, Ross-on-Wye, pleaded guilty to damaging items including a light switch, bedside tables, bedside lamp, chest of drawers and a ceiling light and carpet belonging to another person on December 12.

Barlow was ordered to pay £400 compensation. No costs order was imposed due to Barlow's means.

Antony Paul Bird, 35, of Lacey Way, Newton Farm, admitted driving without insurance on Callow Road on July 26.

Bird was handed six penalty points and fined £660. He must also pay costs of £85 and a £66 victim surcharge.

Sarah King, 28, of Lacey Way, Newton Farm, was fined a total of £880 and handed six penalty points for driving without insurance or a licence on Callow Road on July 26. King must also pay costs of £85 and a £66 victim surcharge.

Paul Anthony Pickering, 49, of Cheshire Close, Rugby, was hit with a fine after he was caught driving without insurance on Orchard Lane in Ledbury on July 11.

Pickering was fined £660 and must pay costs of £85 and a £66 victim surcharge.

John Rowberry, 40, was jailed for stealing hundreds of pounds worth of fragrances from a Hereford store.

Rowberry, who is from Kidderminster, admitted stealing fragrances worth £100 from Debenhams in Hereford on December 4.

He also admitted returning to the same store on December 6, where he stole a further £392.70 worth of perfumes.

Rowberry was handed a four week sentence, suspended for nine months, and must pay compensation of £100.

Aiden George James Gummer, 20, of Skenfrith Walk, Hereford, admitted driving his Renault Clio without a licence or insurance on April 18.

Gummer was fined £300, disqualified from driving for six months, and must pay £85 in costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Nicolas Luke Sheffield, 23, of Hollylea Close, Bartestree, admitted possessing cannabis on September 14.

Sheffield was fined £175 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge.

Gareth Stephen Robins, 40, of Wall House Road, Ross-on-Wye, admitted stealing groceries worth £400 to £500 from Morrisons supermarket on November 11.

Robins also admitted stealing fragrances from Boots on the same day.

He was handed a 21 day and a seven day sentence to run consecutively for the two thefts, and must pay a £122 victim surcharge.

Johnathon James Latham, 39, of St Georges, Telford, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified in Hereford.

The court heard Latham was caught behind the wheel of a Nissan Almera on Belmont Road on November 22.

He also admitted using a mobile phone while driving, and driving without insurance when he appeared before magistrates on January 13.

Latham was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined a total of £280. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £32 victim surcharge.

Donatas Zemaitis, 31, of Muir Close, Hereford, was banned from the roads after he was caught drink-driving in Hereford.

The court heard Zemaitis, who entered a not guilty plea, had been caught behind the wheel of his Toyota CRH on Canonmoor Street in Hereford on November 11.

A breath test revealed he had 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Zemaitis was fined £346 and disqualified from driving for 22 months. He must also pay costs of £775 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Daniel James McCluskey, 27, of Fownhope, Herefordshire, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order after failing to attend a required session on November 3.

McCluskey also pleaded guilty to using violence to gain entry to a house in Hereford and to damaging a Vauxhall Astra belonging to the resident on January 1.

McCluskey was handed a two year community order, a two year restraining order, and a £200 fine. He must also pay compensation of £100, costs of £135, and a £90 victim surcharge.

Asa Mitch Frayling, 36, of St Peters Gardens, Bromyard, admitted possessing cannabis and causing £500 of damage to a Mercedes belonging to another person on October 11.

Frayling was handed an 18 month conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay compensation of £600, costs of 135, and a £21 victim surcharge.
