Santa will be spreading his Christmas cheer as he greets shoppers throughout Old Market, while a traditional brass band will be playing a range of Christmas classics.

The lights will be officially switched on at 4.30pm.

The multi-storey car park is fully open again following the recent maintenance work, and there will be free parking after 4pm every Wednesday, with late-night shopping until 8pm at selected stores from November 20 until Christmas.
