POLICE are seeking witnesses after a woman was seriously injured in a crash near Ross-on-Wye yesterday.
The crash which involved a Kia Picanto car and a Peugeot Expert took place at around 2.45pm yesterday at the junction of the A449 and B4224 near to Old Gore.
The driver of Kia, a woman in her 50s, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to hospital where she remains. The driver of the other vehicle sustained no serious injuries.
Road closures and diversions were in place whilst emergency services were in attendance.
Investigating officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have any dashcam footage.
