THERE could soon be a new dentist surgery on Aylestone Hill, if county planners approve an application to convert a Grade II listed house.
The applicant wants to apply for a change of use for the Georgian building from a dwelling house to dentist studio, as well as widen the access from the A465.
Plans show additional car parking spaces will be created at 27, Aylestone Hill. There would be one disabled space, one space for a cycle and 11 other spaces for cars.
Proposed opening hours are from 8.30am to 5pm Monday-Friday, and it's said the dentist surgery would employ two full-time and 15 part-time staff.
Comments on the application are being accepted until August 15, with a decision expected by September 3.
