Firefighters tackle roadside blaze
Firefighters rushed to tackle a fire that engulfed a car.
The crew, from Cockermouth, were called just before 6 am, on Tuesday to the blaze.
A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: "On arrival crews found one vehicle well alight and extinguished this using two hose reels jets and two breathing apparatus."
Firefighters were at the scene for one hour and a half.
