FLY-TIPPERS have defiled a quiet country lane on the outskirts of Hereford.
They have left a pile of rubbish in the lane leading to St Mary's Church in Callow.
The crime has been reported.
Any householder who fails to pass their waste to a licensed carrier, and whose waste is found fly-tipped, could face penalties of up to £400 under a new law passed this year.
