A MOTORCYCLING group has raised more than £8,000 for St Michael's Hospice in the last year.
The Hospice Riders, set-up to support the Bartestree-based hospice, have completed a number of fundraising projects over the course of the 12 months.
Among the highlights included Ride4StMichaels which saw members visit St Michael's Hospices in Basingstoke, Hastings and Harrogate, all in the space of one weekend, helping to raise more than £2,300.
Members were presented with a certificate detailing the exact amount by Paddy Nugent, the hospice's community fundraising manager.
