This profile is in support of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust, one of our Health and Social Care Awards 2019 sponsors

2gether NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist mental health and learning disability services to the people of Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.

We’re an innovative and forward-thinking organisation, with a real commitment to providing a high quality service.

We were the first trust in the country to be awarded an ‘outstanding’ rating for acute inpatient services, crisis services and psychiatric intensive care services.

We are proud to be supporting the Hereford Times Health and Social Care Awards by sponsoring the Mental Health Award, a new award for 2019.

This award celebrates the skills, hard work and dedication of those providing mental health care in Herefordshire.

Mental health is everyone’s business. With one in four of us experiencing mental ill-health at some point in our lives, the chances are that you may have experienced a mental health problem yourself, or know someone who has.

You can find out about the services we offer on our website at www.2gether.nhs.uk.

As an NHS Foundation Trust, we encourage people to represent their communities by becoming public members of our trust.

Trust membership is the perfect way to help tackle the stigma around mental ill health and influence your local NHS services.

Membership is free. We count on our members for feedback, local knowledge and support.

You can get involved as little or as much as you want. You can attend events, be consulted on trust matters, help with surveys, write articles for our newsletter or stand for election as a member of the council of governors. It’s entirely up to you – you can simply stay in touch and receive regular updates, if you wish.

If you are aged 11 years or older and would like to join us as a member, sign up online at www.2gether.nhs.uk/membership.
