LEDBURY Town Council is not supporting a revised planning application for 275 new homes at Leadon Way.
Developer Barratt stopped building work on the site last summer after Meadow Cheese won a judicial review, having raised concerns about the noise levels from its nearby factory.
Town councillors are not supporting the revised application because of continuing concerns over noise abatement problems; worries over drainage and concerns over the "social mix" of the proposed housing.
The final decision lies with Herefordshire Council.
