City centre plans for multi-occupancy home
DEVELOPERS have submitted plans to convert the vacant upper floors of a Hereford city centre dessert shop.
The proposals for 27 Commercial Street would see a change of use from A1 retail to a 12 bedroom house in multiple occupation.
The majority of works would be internal with the only outdoor jobs involving the installation two matching windows to the side elevation.
Residents have until April 18 to comment on the scheme which planners are expected to consider by May 6.
